This is a living document and frequently updated as a result of support tickets raised with site owners.

If you have any questions please reach out to the site owner to discuss your issue, if they are unable to resolve it they may contact CNXION directly for assistance and wherever possible we will update the documentation accordingly.

Support Channels

Please note CNXION does not provide first tier support to end users. If you have an issue using a site built on CNXION please first follow the instruction on the site in relation to lodging a support request.

In your support requests please make sure to provide the following details:

  • what device you are using (eg. pc, mac, iphone).
  • the browser and browser version you are using (eg. firefox, safari, internet explorer).
  • a step by step guide of how the tenants support team can replicate the issue you are having.
