Overview

A nuanced version of searching where results are expected based on an implicitly provided profile or request.

Depending on what you are trying to do documentation for the feature is split into the following roles.

Set Match Criteria

Set Match Criteria from within your profile:

  1. Log in and access your User Profile Dashboard (further instructions available here).
  2. Select Matching from User Profile left hand sidebar menu.
  3. Adjust your match criteria as required and click Save.

If enabled, use your matching dashboard to create requests/offers and view matched requests/offers.

My Matches

View your matches from the matching dashboard:

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Click on *Offer Types* For Me from the navigation menu (or if you are already on your dashboard click the *Offer Types* For Me tab).

Create Offer

Create an offer from the matching dashboard:

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Click on Create *Offer Types* from the navigation menu (or if you are already on your dashboard click the Create *Offer Types* tab).
  3. Fill out the details regarding your offer and click the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.

My Offers

Browse a list of the offers you have created from within their matching dashboard:

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Click on My *Offer Types* from the navigation menu (or if you are already on your dashboard click the My *Offer Types* tab).

Geo Location

Set Matching Radius from within your profile to receive matches within a specific location radius:

  1. Log in and access your User Profile Dashboard (further instructions available here).
  2. Select Matching from User Profile left hand sidebar menu.
  3. Adjust your radius as required and click Save.

This location radius will be a radius around the address listed within your profile Contact Details. Depending on the tenant platform you are using, the location may be defined in different areas of your profile, as shown below, depending on whether the location is shown publicly or kept private.

Sort Order

If enabled on your matching dashboard, select a sort option from the dropdown menu to sort by various ordering options including latest and most relevant.

Define the notifications you receive when Requests/Offers match your matching profile.

Search Matches

If feature is enabled for tenant, too search from withinMatching Dashboard:

  1. Log in to the platform.
  2. Navigate to User Matching Dashboard.
  3. Click on Search tab.
  4. Enter search criteria and click Search button.
