Ratings, Reviews & Feedback¶
Overview¶
This feature allows users to rate, provide reviews and feedback between different beings/entities, so that collectively it is possible to determine which users are doing good and which are doing poorly.
Example: - Users can review/rate each other (eg. Travellers can review other Travellers) - Users can review/rate other Users' objects (eg. Customers can review Sellers' products) - Users can review/rate flows in the system (eg. Customers can review Orders processing) - and many more
You might want a cosmetic facial operation. You can post the details what you want done, and the case gets routed to medical professionals who have the expertise. These medical professionals can submit bids to do the work. It is possible to see past testimonials or reviews on the medical providers profile. After you have made a decision about which medical provider you wish to go with, you have the operation, some time passes, you should get an email asking you to review the service that you received. You can provide private feedback, that is feedback that is only to be shown to the medical provider. You can provide public feedback, that is feedback that will be shown publicly on the users profile for all to see.

Peer Review System¶
Review offers after you have purchased or joined.
Review Dashboard¶
To access your review dashboard (if enabled):
- Select
My Profile
menu item from logged in user dropdown menu. - Select
Reviews
menu item from left hand sidebar menu. - Access outstanding, given, received and expired reviews by navigating between tabs at the top of the table.
Outstanding Reviews¶
Outstanding reviews are reviews you have been requested to provide (and not provided within the time frame) after you have interacted with an offer in the system.
- Select
Outstanding
tab at top of Review Dashboard table. - Click
Submit Review
button for an outstanding review you wish to add and you will be taken to a new page to provide the review you wish to submit.
Given Reviews¶
Given reviews are reviews that you have provided on offers within the system.
- Select
Given
tab at top of Review Dashboard table. - You have the ability to edit or delete the review you provided within the given time frame. When the time has elapsed the review will be locked for changes and the public portion of the review will be published.
- Click
Review Feedback
button to see the corresponding review provided by the user whos offer you interacted with.
Received Reviews¶
Received reviews are reviews which other users have provided for your profile or your offers within the system.
- Select
Received
tab at top of Review Dashboard table. - Click
Review Feedback
button to see the review you have received. - Click
Submit Review
to submit a corresponding review to the review you have received and you will be taken to a new page to provide the review you wish to submit. - You have the ability to contact the reviewer within the given time frame. When the time has elapsed the review will be locked for changes and the public portion of the review will be published.
Expired Reviews¶
Expired reviews are reviews that you did not provide within the specified time frame and you are no longer able to submit.
- Select
Expired
tab at top of Review Dashboard table. - A lock icon is displayed on the reviews as the review is expired.
Provide Review¶
If reviews are enabled on the platform you are using, you will automatically be prompted to provide a review after interacting with an offer (eg. purchasaing a product or joining an event) within the system. You will receive an email notification requesting you to review the offer. You can provide a review on an offer by following the link provided in the notification email or by accessing your Review Dashboard. You will have a limited time to submit a review.
- Click the
Submit Review
button on an Outstanding or Received review or by clicking the appropriate link in the review notification email. - Click the star rating you wish to provide on the review. (eg. if you want to provide a 3 star review click the 3rd star and the star rating will be highlighted to show this selection).
- Provide feedback in the fields provide.d
- Click the
Submit
button.
Preview Review¶
- You can preview reviews that you have received by clicking the
Review Feedback
button from the Received Reviews tab of your user dashboard. - You are able to contact the reviewer within the remaining open time period if you wish to discuss the reveiw they have provided before the public version of the review is made public and added to your offer or profile.
Reviews management tabs¶
In order to view reviews management tabs you have to navigate to the
Reviews
section of your profile.
View Offer Reviews¶
If enabled for tenant platform, you can view reviews that have been provided by other users on offers or profiles:
- Navigate to an offer or profile for which you want to see reviews provided.
- If enabled, click the
Review
menu item in the left hand sidebar menu (or scroll down the page) to view ratigns and reviews.
